I had two areas on my roof where the gutters and flashing had not been installed correctly by the builder, and it had caused damage. Acord evaluated the situation and proposed a solution that I was comfortable with. The estimate was very reasonable, and in fact 1/2 and 1/3 of the cost I was given from two other roofing companies. After I accepted the estimate, they called and said they could be there the next day. They repaired facia, soffit, and trim, replaced a section of gutter, and even painted the new material. They communicated with me to make sure I understood what they were going to do and how. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up all leftover debris. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor.
